What to see and how to plan your walk
The entrance gates are a useful starting point. From there, plan a walk around the lake and rose garden; with more time, add Cerro de la Gloria and the Monument to the Army of the Andes. The park is extensive, and the climb to the hill requires extra time and effort.
The Juan Cornelio Moyano Museum of Natural Sciences and Anthropology is at the southern end of the lake. If you want to visit, check its contact details and opening hours in the provincial museum directory before you go.
